Actually Oscar is terrified of him (if you can't tell from this picture) haha Liam is constantly screaming, "OSCYYYYYYY" and looking for him. Most of the time Oscar hides under a blanket.
Oscar is so sweet and patient with him. They play together all the time. Liam chases him around the house, Oscar eats his toys, Liam feeds him treats, and so on. The best of friends.
