Annual Gingerbread Party

It's that time of year again for the Burk's annual Gingerbread Party! Well, this is only our second one but we hope to keep the tradition going.

These three little hoodlums had a blast. As Jen and I were racing to get the houses up and put together the kids were eating the candy and frosting just as fast. Soon enough, it was deemed hopeless and we just let them go to town.

After we finished the Gingerbread houses, we started on our letters to Santa. Both Liam and Brynn said that they were VERY GOOD this year. Hudson, bless his heart, checked the box that said NAUGHTY. Maybe Santa and the elves will give him some extra points for that one, huh?

This is my favorite picture of the kids. All three have their tongues sticking out waiting for Jen to make the rounds of sharing the extra frosting. We were all on a definite sugar high after the night was over.
