Friday night we had a special date night. Neal had the brilliant idea of going to Sand Hollow Aquatic Center for their indoor night swim session. We went out and bought special swimming diapers for Liam and forced him to wear a swimming suit two sizes to big. We made it work :)
All children under 6 had to wear a life vest, we found the smallest one for Liam. He wasn't thrilled.

This boy glows he's so white! We'll need to get some major sun time in this summer haha He looked adorable in his suit and lil' swimmers. He loves taking baths at home so we knew he would love swimming.

The life vest worked well enough that we were able to let him just float there. It was hilarious to see his chunky little arms and legs flailing around in the water. He LOVED it! He loved to kick and splash. His favorite was walking around the pool with Daddy.

The real Headliner of the night was when Neal was determined to do a back flip of the diving board. He started out with a swan dive... I gave him an 8 because he pointed his toes. Next he attempted a front flip. I saw attempted not being he didn't do it in. In fact he completed the front flip, a little too much though. As he was finishing his rotation he over rotated and belly flopped into the water. It looked like a dead body being thrown off a roof. Morbid- I know. But that's the only way I can describe it. And you better believe that I was laughing out loud and caused more of a scene.
