29 Weeks!

I'm a little late getting this update out but I wanted to write about my 29th week BEFORE I hit 30 weeks!

Bump Watch '11:
Please excuse the mirror photo... I'm at my parents house in SLC and just returned from my walk/jog... no running anymore!
How far along are you? Technically 29.5 weeks now :)

Symptoms: I keep saying this but this is the best I've felt my entire pregnancy! I sometimes forget that I'm pregnant. It's not until I get a kick from Liam, try to see my feet, or look in the mirror that I realize I'm "great with child". I have been feeling it in my lower back as well but it's nothing that I can complain about. I'm just trying to enjoy these next two months before my last couple weeks get here! I'm counting my blessings the longer I go without getting swollen feet and ankles :) Hopefully this lasts a while!

Movement: Well.... I got my first kick to the ribs last weekend. It took me by surprise with how strong it was, I literally jumped haha

Last time I cried over something ridiculous: I wouldn't say it was ridiculous but I did cry when Neal left today. We've been up in Salt Lake for the 4th of July (posts to come) this week. He left today to drive back down to St. George to get caught up on work and school. I'm staying up here the rest of the week for some R&R, visiting friends, and my baby shower on Saturday! Anyway- he left this afternoon and I was a pretty big baby about it. I hate it when we aren't together, the hardest is sleeping alone at night. I don't like to be away from him. So... I cried... a lot haha I'm blaming it on the pregnancy hormones!!!

Looking forward to: The baby shower this weekend! It's all my closest friends and family up in Salt Lake that are coming on Saturday. I can't wait to see everyone and to learn more about the things I'll need for our new addition. If any of you have suggestions PLEASE leave a comment with your must haves. I know all you mom's have your favorite things!

Weight Gain: +7

Best thing about being pregnant: I'm starting to feel the pregnancy "glow" again :) I'm just overly excited about meeting Liam. Neal and I are so excited to be parents. We talk about him all the time and we are getting pretty anxious. Neal wants him to just join us right now but I have to remind him that the longer he's in there the healthier he'll be. So... here's to a full-term 40 week baby!!! (I might have to remind myself of this once I hit 39 weeks)
