Happy St. Patricks Day!!!! This is the biggest day of the YEAR in our home. We always look forward to St. Patrick's Day to celebrate the Irish :) We're both Irish... well okay... Neal- not so much. Me? 100% baby! Neal has some Irish in him and that's all that matters! (We just won't let our kids know :) )
I woke up Thursday morning to this handsome man! He made green egg sandwiches for breakfast... yummy?
I refused to eat the green food so Nealson settled with sharing with Lenny.
My Irish Sweetheart gave me a festive balloon, beautiful Irish flowers, and a sweet note directing me to the freezer :)
So to the freezer I went and I found this special surprise! :) Green Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, my favorite! He even tied two spoons to the top with special green ribbon!
I was so excited to go to work and celebrate some more with my co-workers. Me, the party planning Queen, planned an Irish potluck. We had rootBEER, corned beef, potatoes, and green wontons... I think the wontons were the hit of the party. Totally NOT Irish ... but definitely worth having at the party :)
