Our infamous boss, Jonny Boy, left us for the happiest place on earth. DisneyLand. While he was out, we were each in charge of a day to moniter the productivity of the employees. This is what happened on Tuesday (my day)...
China, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, and France all showed up to work to compete in the 2010 OFFICE OLYMPICS! I set goals for our team, each time an individual finished a goal/task they were able to pick an opponent to compete in an Olympic Event. The events were as follows:
Staple Shoot: Who can launch their staple the furthest? All you need to do is stay behind the taped line...
ROUND 1: It didn't really work... Brandon's just fell to the ground. Loser.
ROUND 2: We decided that as long as your toes are behind the line then you're good to go...
Since I'm vertically challanged, there was no way I'd beat him by the previous tactic, I literally launched my staple into the air by pitching like a baseball. I don't do sports... so this was a pretty big deal for me. I killed him.
Next event... PAPER CLIP CHAIN: who can make the longest paperclip chain in under 30 seconds? I made them put their hands behind their head so everyone had a fair start. Switzerland won.
CHAIR SPIN: Who can get the most spins off one push wins...
BULLSEYE: Best of 3 shots... I don't remember who won but doesn't Joezy look good? He's the man! We call him pops... you can understand why.
AVIATER: (Not to be confused with AVATAR) Opponents needed to build their own paper airplane, the plane that flew the furthest wins. The medal went to Switzerland.
And the GOLD goes to: CHINA!!!! (Brandon)
