Neal and I started our New Years Resolutions early this year and starting hitting the gym! We were doing so good before we got married and going to the gym everyday together. While on our honeymoon, cruising in the Bahamas, we threw our workouts out the window. We ate, and ate, and layed on the beach, and ate some more! It was ridiculous and we both came home happy and with guts haha Now that we're finally settled in our house and working full-time, we've commited to going to the gym at night. It's only been about a week but I am just loving it. I get so bored with just running or biking so I decided to get involved with the classes at our local gym... and this is where ZUMBA comes in :)

I LOVE it! There are 4 classes a week that I attend and I have a blast everytime! It's a mix of aerobics/latin dance/hip hop... whatever it is I come out of the gym dripping with sweat. It is the best 1 hour cardio workout, I am so sore the next day but it is always worth it:) It's fun, it keeps me motivated, and I always look forward to going to the gym now :) The class is filled with women of all ages and it is hilarious to see everyone get so into it. No one cares though, it's a great workout and everyone has fun doing it!
Sounds like my dance jam class!!!! haha oh I wish we could take it together!! Remember when I went to your hip hop class haha oh wow..........
