Thanksgiving

Our Thanksgiving was so wonderful this year! We spent the morning prepping, working out, watching the Macy's day parade, and then getting ready for dinner.

My favorite part about Thanksgiving day is the morning of. The house smells amazing and I love cuddling up by the fire with my little family to flip through the black friday ads. We have the Macy's thanksgiving day parade on repeat all morning, I'm obsessed!

My dad and brother came over for dinner with all the Burks! It was so fun to have my whole family in one place for this holiday! We definitely missed Spencer, Ginger, and Angela but hopefully we can catch them next year.

I didn't get one picture of Liam! He was having too much fun playing with his cousins. They definitely wore him out because he passed out 10 minutes before dinner started and slept a good two hours. So he missed the big reveal and yummy meal but that meant Mommy and Daddy got to eat in peace :) Neither of us had a toddler climbing on our laps or throwing food at us haha It was quite enjoyable. I couldn't wait for him to wake up though so we could play some more. And, we definitely did that. Liam spent the entire night hanging out with the cousins. Those three are so funny together, I love it!
After dinner we began our annual Black Friday madness! Neal and I have gone together every year and it's always a blast. He's a trooper and probably a better deal finder than I am. We sent the men to brave Walmart by themselves so we could get a new TV for the house. Of course, they came home with a gift for themselves, you know, for their efforts? I guess the video games were too good to pass up!

We rewarded them by asking them to escort us to Old Navy to help us wait it out in a two hour line. Yes- the prices were that good!

It was fun spending the night with Neal and the siblings. We walked away with some great purchases but my favorite part is to just be out in the madness together :) Liam enjoyed a fun evening in with Grandma and Grandpa and his cousins. Win Win for all of us!
