Aysia's Graduation

My beautiful niece Aysia graduated!!! This sounds so cliche' but it seems like just yesterday that I was pushing her around in a box when she was a year old. Yes- I did that. Great Aunt, huh? Aysia graduated from East High School and is making her way to Utah State this fall. 

 Here's Jayde cakes and sweet Liam. She's obsessed and I'm totally okay with it. Liam loves his cousin Jayde.

 So here is my gorgeous sister with the graduate! I'm very proud of Aysia for this accomplishment but I'm overly proud for Amy. Amy was a single mom for most of her life and raised her two girls. Both girls are wonderful and such good people. It's because of Amy's love, hardwork, and dedication as a mother that allowed her to raise these girls the way she did. I love my sister so much and look up to her in so many ways.

 Liam loved watching his cousin Aysia walk across the stage. His favorite part was probably getting to sit in his own 'big kid' chair. Why is he getting so big!?

I am beyond excited for what is to come for Aysia. Watching her graduate brought back so many great memories of my highschool graduation. It made me just a tinge bit jealous of her. I would do anything to relive that stage in my life again! I remember looking forward to a summer off, moving down to St. George, attending Dixie State, and dancing on The Rebelette's. Man how time flies!
