The Holidays are here!!! I'm so excited for this holiday season, mostly because we have a sweet little boy to spoil this year. It makes everything more special having him around, we finally have our own little family to start special traditions with.

This year we kicked off Halloween by having a family pumpkin carving party. With a newborn, the thought of carving three or even two pumpkins was overwhelming so we stuck to just one and traded off holding our little dinosaur.

Neal (aka Chucky) had the honor of cleaning out the pumpkin and getting it ready to carve!

I ended up carving the pumpkin but I'm a little embarrassed at my lack of skill and effort so I'm just going to say that Neal did the carving, too. Let's just say we were in a bit of a rush to get ready for the next Halloween festivities that we opted to go with a bucktooth witch pumpkin. So cute, right!?

Here are my two boys! Liam was a little puppy dog this year while Neal and I were REALLY creative and chose to motocross racers. Once again, the lack of time led us to throw on a couple of old jerseys and call it good :)

After carving pumpkins we headed over to the ward Trunk-or-Treat. We were late, of course, but I'm so glad we made it! I absolutely love watching all the little kids and seeing them in their costume. It's so crazy to me that we got to bring our own child to it this year. Liam didn't do much but he sure looked really cute.

We walked around, talked with friends, and handed out candy to the kids. We love our ward, we've been blessed to meet some great families here!

This was my favorite trunk stop. There was a little kid inside that would take the 'candy vending machine' order and shoot it through the slot. So funny! All the kids loved it, it was such a cute idea.

That night we headed over to the mall to meet up with Kalamity to witness their first flash mob! It was so much fun to see all my girlfriends/teammates again. I miss them so much! I'm sad I couldn't dance with all of them but it was still worth it to go and watch. The flash mob turned out great and there ended up being over 200 dancers that participated!
Here we are with my good friend Latisha and her adorable son Rowan. Rowan was born in April... or May? Either way, the boys are close in age so it's a lot of fun to have them around!

We ended the night by going home and finishing up our Harry Potter Marathon! We can't wait until next week when the final movie comes out on DVD. We missed the whole Harry Potter train but now we're totally on board and are so excited to see how it ends. Freakin Snape....
