UOP Party Planner and Our Weekend Fun

As you all know, I am the official President of the Party Planning Committee at the office. It's kind of a big deal....

Last Friday we celebrated 4 office birthdays by bringing in German Chocolate Cake and ice cream. I'm not going to lie... that cake was probably 15 lbs. Before eating the cake, we were informed that it contained a dozen eggs and over a pound of butter... lovely.

Kjirsten might have enjoyed it a little too much... I found the following pictures on my camera after the party.

Neal get's jealous that he doesn't work in an office that celebrates when there is a full moon. Come on- I'm the president so when there is something to celebrate... we celebrate!
Unfortunately I forgot to post pictures from our Pioneer party (July 24th) and our Freak Friday Party (Friday the 13th). I haven't decided what our next office party should be.... I'm pretty sure we need to have a Back to School Party/End of Summer Party... maybe a potluck again?

This weekend was so much fun! Friday night I got to do a "Girls Night In" with my friend Tere. She invited some of the Young Women from our ward over and we made the cute flower fabric hair clips. So cute! I only made one because, quite frankly, they are a pain to make! BUT we all had so much fun sharing ideas and eating all the yummy treats Tere prepared for us :) You can check out some pictures at willntere.blogspot.com :)
Saturday consisted of kicking Neal out of bed at 9 am! I got home from dance (6-9 every saturday) to find Neal sound asleep in our o-so-comfy bed. Not going to happen on my watch! We had a lot to do on Saturday! Homework, Cleaning, Nap :), Lunch with Scott and Leyla, Shopping, Cutting hair, and then more homework.

Yep--- I cut Neal's hair!!! That is some deep trust we have going on. I can't believe Neal let me do it! He's a cheapo though and didn't want to spend 20 bucks going to his regular place. We have allowances every month and Neal is trying to save up for a road bike. He decided that a good way to save some money extra month will be to have his sweet wife cut his hair for him. It took a while for me to finish but it turned out great! It looks like I now have a 3rd job in store for me... Enrollment Counselor, Dance Instructor, and Hair Stylist.

We finished our night off with making a late night run to McDonalds for some Sundaes... I let Mr. Oscar choose the movie for Saturday night :)
Oddly enough... he chose "What about the Morgans". We all loved it! :)
