Updates

Ward Valentines Dance!!! Sooo much fun! We had a pretty good showing. We were asked to bring our favorite valentines treat to share with everyone. I decided to bring out the big guns and make.... funfetti cookies (321 cookies). I probably gained ten lbs off these things in college so I tend to stray away from making them anymore. I only bake these on very special occations... yes, the ward party called for them! There was a two man band, food, dancing, and kareoke. I tried to get up on stage and sing Ariel's Part of your World but Neal held me back. Apparently he's the only one that truly appreciates when I sing that song at the top of my lungs at home. Oh well.
We had so much fun with our friends Will and Tere. We met another cute couple but I don't remember their names :/ We "cut a rug" and danced the night away! It was so nice to be able to dance with Neal again. The last time was at our wedding over 5 months ago. Well, let me take that back. We dance A LOT at our house but it's so embarrassing that we don't want anyone else to see it.... SO it was nice to actually slow dance with him :) I love him so much:) :) :)

FUN FRIDAY! Last friday it got a little crazy in the office.
This is the guy who plays the Wicked soundtrack at his desk. I learned quickly that defying gravity is his favorite song.

Bless his heart. Spencer wanted us to have a fun friday so he made up his own game of Wheel of Fortune. Grand Prize, you ask? Throwing a whipped creme pie in Spencers face. (His wife came up with the idea :/) It turned out to be a ton of fun, Kjirsten (miss skinny minny) won the challenge and got to pie Spencer. Words can not explain how funny this was for all of us in the office to watch. I'll post the video later.

Sunday's are my favorite because I get to teach these little sweet spirits :)
They learned about the night Christ was born. I don't know if the two on the right got the memo that even though it was dark outside that night, you could still SEE baby Jesus.... he looks a little dark to me. I'll catch them up on that next time.

Lenny! Lenikins! Mr. Lenny Pants! Leonard! (Um, no one can disagree with me that he is THE most handsome dog out there.)

Leonard is a spoiled dog. Neal wanted to make him his very own doghouse. It turned out adorable! While we're at work, Leonard stays in our beautiful backyard (waiting to put the grass in). He loves his new home, he sleeps in it everyday after he gets bored of digging in the mud. What a life. ***Please ignore the chipped paint on the sides... Leonard got to it pretty fast. He put his own little touch by chewing off pieces of his home.
Yep... My job was to paint it "Fire Engine Red!!!" Neal was in charge of the construction and shingles.
Woo hoo! I love my boys! Doesn't Neal look manly with a hammer in one hand, a dog in the other, and thongs in between his socks? Yeah... I'm that lucky :)
***Neal really did an amazing job at building "Nard dog" a home. Love you sugar booger.
