The Holidays!

Christmas was spent in Salt Lake, we had SO much fun celebrating with friends and family :)



Mormon Champagne.



My sister-in-law, Jen, and I making the famous CANDY CANE's!!! This was so much fun, even though I failed miserably at some of the candy cane braiding techniques. Our mother-in-law passed on the family tradition and taught us how to make cinnamon roll's that look like candy canes... I think I ate 4, they're irresistable :)



My sister, Amy, and I seeing Avatar at the Imax is 3D :) Neal and I went on a double date her and my brother-in-law Mark. It's always fun when those two are around!



Neal and I @ Avatar! It was definitely one of the best movies we've seen in a while (aside from New Moon) and we can't wait to go see it again. Yes... I'm well aware it has 9 foot tall blue people walking around but we all loved it!



GOOD MORNING!!! This was at my parents house on Christmas morning. We spent Christmas Eve with the Burks and then slept at my parents house so we could open presents with them in the morning. After we finished and had breakfast, we headed right back over to the Burk's to open even more presents... we're spoiled :/



Thank you Scott and Leyla! This year we did a couple's gift exchange on the Burk side and we scored an amazing sound system for our tv :) I think it came with 5 speakers, it works perfectly for surround sound in our living room and we love it sooo much!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! New Years Eve we were invited to the Hacker's party. We met up with their family and friends and had an amazing potluck dinner, played speed scrabble, had a bingo tournament, did white elephants, and then watched the ball drop. I got to be right next to my husband and scored a big kiss to start off the new year :) Happy 2010!!!
